Our newest DLC: Aliens and Anti-Vaxxers is available now! It brings a brand new special disease type and six scenarios with conspiracies, demons and hordes of zombies!
But that's not all! There's free Leprosy for everyone in the new 1.23 Update.
From the infinite depths of space comes an utterly alien plague type. Radically new gameplay, mysterious victory conditions, interstellar genes, haunting music and much more. The world will never be the same again.
Xeno-form the Planet!
Penetrate the Earth’s crust and begin a geological process to convert everything into pure, alien crystal. If any native lifeforms get in the way - simply shatter them in an unstoppable resonance cascade.
Extinction Event!
Use gravitational anomalies to pull meteors out of orbit. Choose whether to focus on crystal geodes to spread infection, EMP bursts to disrupt human technology or even vast, continent killing asteroids from deep space!
Resistance is futile
Humans are utterly insignificant but they can still disrupt you if left alone. G-COM will intelligently deploy advanced technologies including disruptors, defensive satellites, cloud seeding, alien powered computers, artificial tsunamis and more.
Sometimes even an alien plague threatening the entire galaxy isn’t enough to get you out of bed. Well don’t worry - we have you covered with a whole host of major new scenarios that add new gameplay mechanics, mix up strategies and add new narratives. Read on for demons, herd immunity, endlessly marching zombies and more.
Anti-Vax
Faith in vaccines is collapsing. Global vaccination campaigns fight to hold the line, but weaponised conspiracies and viral misinformation are infecting the truth! What's the worst that could happen?
Hell on Earth
It's time to subjugate the world! Unleash a heat-loving, hell-spawned plague to corrupt people, animals and even the world itself. Satan is waiting in the depths...
Zombies vs. Earth
A melting glacier unleashes a forgotten nightmare. Greenland falls to the zombie hordes overnight! There is no virus, no cure, only the relentless march of the undead. Can they consume the world?

Good news, everyone can have leprosy for free - even if they don’t have the new Aliens & Antivaxxers DLC. To experience it first hand, just update the game and it will be there waiting for you!
Leprosy
Leprosy still infects around 200,000 new people every year, but it's dying out. Can you overcome modern treatments, social stigma and long incubation periods to bring Leprosy back into the headlines?
Some of you may have got our first DLC Plague Inc: The Cure for free. That is because we gave it away for free during the COVID pandemic as we didn’t want to profit from a serious health situation.
If an alien invasion* happens - Ndemic will adopt the same approach and give A&A away for free for the duration of the invasion.
*Invasion is defined as an alien entity commencing a military offensive intended to establish control over any portion of Planet Earth…
